How does a corporate photo session work?

Each corporate photo session is prepared according to your goals, the number of people to photograph, the location, the intended use of the images and the level of retouching required.

1. Brief and preparation

We define together the visual style, communication materials, schedule, location constraints and any guidelines to share with the people being photographed.

2. Setup and adjustments

The session can take place in studio, on your premises, outdoors or with a mobile studio set up on site. Lighting, framing and background are adjusted to achieve a consistent professional result.

3. Photo session

Each person is guided in front of the camera to obtain a natural, professional and flattering portrait, even if they are not used to being photographed.

4. Image selection

One or several online selection galleries are provided so that you can choose the images to be retouched or approved for each team member.

5. Retouching of the selected portraits

The selected images are processed and retouched according to the level included in the service: lighting, colours, contrast, framing, consistency, skin, hair, clothing or background if needed.

6. Delivery of ready-to-use files

The portraits are delivered in colour and black and white, with different crops and formats adapted to your needs: LinkedIn, website, company directory, press, internal communication or commercial materials.

Do you deliver RAW files?
